We are proud of our products and are confident that you would love them too. We also make sure that the products you order from us will be carefully packed and delivered to you. However, accidents do happen, and the products may get damaged in the shipment. If so, please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange an alternative replacement as soon as we can. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot exchange or accept returned goods unless they are delivered damaged. Please make sure you choose the correct product before you place your order on the website.
